I have a lovely, bright and comfortable double room with en-suite with shower. The room is at the end of a long hall which gives added privacy. It is next to the main bathroom which has a lovely big bath.

The room has a built in double wardrobe as well as large chest of drawers and double bed. We can easily move things around to suite someone.

This is a very interesting, comfortable character property.

Ideally I'm looking for a lady 25+ to 50 ish.

We have five bedrooms and beams throughout / it was decorated quite recently and we have quite a large, lovely enclosed and sunny garden.

There is an undercover garage you can park in, an open plan kitchen and dining area and large lounge.

We have a cleaner who comes in every week.

Our village (Ardingly) is a 6 minute drive from Haywards Heath and 15/20 minute drive from Gatwick.

There are plenty of nice villages and towns a very short drive away - including Brighton (15 mins by train from Haywards Heath or 30 minutes by car).

The recently renovated kitchen is open plan and looks on to a spacious beamed dining room.

The costs include all your bills and basics such as milk, tea, coffee.

I work from home a couple of days a week with some of the team. We have an office in the garden.

The lounge, dining room and kitchen are all shared.

We have three cats.

There is a second spare double room should you want to have a friend to visit.

The main line station at Haywards Heath has excellent train links to London (Victoria/London Bridge/St Pancras and the Bedford Line). Fifteen minutes by train to Brighton too. So you are close to plenty of places to either chill or have a good night out.

Brighton isn't far away either.

The village has a reservoir, tennis courts, great walks/runs, there is a Koorana Centre where you can do Pilates or Yoga if that’s of interest. There is a pub, baker, Chinese take away, hairdresser and tiny café too. Lindfield is 4 miles away and is a very lovely village with a high street full of independent shops, good pubs etc.

This is ideal for someone looking for a place that feels like home either full time or during the week.

This house is also ideal if you need to study or work at home - as there are spaces to do that comfortably and in privacy.
