***double room for rent in Southdowns Park

Hi!

I have a double Room for rent in my lovely nice clean flat.

I am looking for a nice friendly person to share my flat in Southdowns Park, Haywards Heath. This will be more like sharing a home than renting a room.

I have a 6 year old Bengal cross Cat that is very well behaved.
I am very happy to share the whole flat, and I am ideally looking to make a friend here too.

My last two flatmates only moved out because they met someone and moved in with their new partner.

The room comprises of a double bed, 3 door wardrobe and a thin chest of drawers and bedside table.

Shared bathroom – but I would not be using it at similar times as yourself. I am a very busy individual. Please note the floor is being re done in the bathroom due to a leak, just to warn you before you view the flat.

Nice clean kitchen, carpets and wood floor.
There is one allocated space which is mine but also visitor parking on site which is first come first served. The flat is 1.1 miles from Haywards Heath station, with great links to London and Brighton.
This could possibly suit cabin crew looking for somewhere nice and bright and clean to live, or a quiet professional.

This room from is available from January 1st, but happy to take viewings now.
The flat will be up for sale as well but happy for someone to come with me as will be buying similar in the area!
