Spare room available in Haywards Heath. Good sized single or smallish double with a rarely shared bathroom (I have an en suite!)

Good commuting distance to Gatwick, 30 min walk from the train station with regular trains to London, situated in a lovely quiet area with a parking permit available. A good doctors nearby and a variety of shops in town. Directly next to Princess Royal Hospital.

The room contains a double day bed, a double wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, a bedside table and lamp.

Shared spaces include a comfortable and spacious lounge/dining room, a well equipped kitchen, and use of the communal landscaped gardens/grounds.

The House is a 10 minute drive from beautiful countryside attractions like Bordehill Garden, Wakehurst Place, Ardingly Reservoir and the beautiful villages of Lindfield, Cuckfield and Ardingly. Great walks and fantastic scenery.

About me: I'm 30, do shift work and like to cook/bake. Im often out and about but more than happy to spend an evening in with a bottle of wine and a chinwag.
