We are looking for female non smoker only; for a single room in a detached 4 bedroom house, in a quiet cul-de-sac 15 minute walk either way to Haywards Heath mainline rail station and to Lindfield village centre. All bills included, as is broadband / wifi. Very spacious downstairs with large communal rooms: kitchen/breakfast room, lounge, dining room/2nd lounge, and a study. There are laundry facilities, storage space available in a double garage, parking and use of a large deck in secluded rear garden. We are a friendly relaxed couple with busy lives. Shorter term lets negotiable, and the room is double aspect and available to view.
