Double room in sunny modern ground floor flat.

We have a double room to rent in a quiet modern ground floor flat with a patio area. As we have an en suite the room also comes with sole use of the main bathroom. The bedroom comes furnished and has a lot of storage. There is also ample parking in the area as well as a locked up bike shed. The flat also benefits from having the full Sky HD pack and fibre optic broadband.

I work a. 9-5 in Kent or Brighton most of the time so I leave earliish but I do work from home some of the time. I play various sports so I come and go a lot over the weekends. My girlfriend works in London M-F so is up early and back late through-out the week and is out at horse shows most weekends.

We are looking for someone who is clean, considerate and after a home they can relax in.
