I own a 3 bedroom semi detached house with 1 spare double bedrooms to rent out. I am a professional 37 year old male who works 6 days a week. The house is situated in a quiet and nice neighbourhood and within 5 minutes walking distance to the Princess Royal Hospital and about 5 minutes driving to the town centre and the train station. The bedroom is furnished. The living room is furnished too and it has a set of nice sofas, dinning table with chairs, TV and freesat and also wireless broadband. The kitchen has oven and dishwasher also brand new washing machine in the utility room inside the house. There are loads of free parking spaces on the street. Payments strictly by weekly standing orders.. I have a 6 year old daughter who stays with me one night a week.
