Room measures 10 foot by 13 foot.

Shared kitchen with all appliances & equipment. One cupboard provided for your use.

Bills are included. (No landline phone) Bathroom is shared with one other. Use of washing machine included. I don't have a tumble dryer, but the launderette is close by.

References essential. Police check from your employment is ideal.

Ideally suit somebody working in the NHS or care work because you will have a police check in place. Also idea for those between jobs or circumstances requiring short term.
