Luxury Large Double Room with En-Suite Available

We are looking for a working professional who is friendly, honest, considerate, clean and tidy and who generally gets on well with others. Initially available for a 3 - 6 month let with possible extension tbc.

The house is in a great location on the border of Haywards Heath and Lindfield and it’s a 15 minute walk to the centre of either town. It’s just across the road from Claire Park so there are plenty of lovely walks nearby. The train station is also a short walk away (7 mins) with Waitrose next door to it - plus Sainsbury’s around the corner too!

The room is immaculate and luxurious and comes fully furnished as described in the advert and as per the photograph. However, you will need to provide your own bedding and some of the furnishings in the room can be removed if not required ie: curtains, pictures etc. so happy to discuss. There is a side table, tall chest of drawers, desk/chair and 2 x double wardrobes so plenty of storage space. The ensuite is private for you and has a bath and shower. There is no parking directly outside the property but you can unload easily and there are visitors spaces nearby on site or free parking just off the main road 1 minute walk away.

You will also have access to the shared kitchen, conservatory and garden so there is plenty of space to cook, eat or relax in.

The property is fully alarmed and in a very quiet & peaceful private development.

We are a friendly married couple who enjoy a good natter and a laugh and a nice glass of wine or beer when we’re around. However we have busy lives so we’re looking for someone who is quietly sociable and independent and is happy to do their own thing too. When we are at home, we tend to relax and prefer to go out for socialising with friends/family,. Therefore, we would prefer someone who doesn’t feel the need to bring friends back or have overnight guests.
