Large furnished room w/ king

The room is furnished with a king bed, in a 4 bed house in Haywards Heath. You would have almost sole use of the main bathroom which has a shower and bath. We only use that bathroom occasionally (once every couple of weeks when a bath is wanted!).

The bathroom is pictured but is getting refurbished before you move in, to a high spec.

You’d have the top floor of the house, there’s only one other room on that floor which we have turned into a second lounge/snug which you’d have almost sole use of (we use for exercise etc).

You'd also have shared use of the main lounge and kitchen/dining room.

We are a professional couple, aged 26 and 27 and you'd be the only lodger, preferably female. I'm lawyer in the city, and my other half is in procurement and works locally so she would be the one in most of the time.

We're a 20 minute walk to town. Typically there's plenty of on-road parking if you have a car. Otherwise there's a bus stop within 30 seconds of the house.
