My garage is currently in the process of getting converted into a studio with a brand new fully fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and WC/ shower room. It is completely private/separate from the house (although attached) so you would have your own entrance. It benefits from a private parking space and French doors leading to a small private patio. Strictly non smokers ...... no photos due to builder works, but happy for viewings so you can see work/progress.. it can be furnished or unfurnished and will have a loft hatch if you need extra storage space.
