Large comfortable room in busy village

This is a large first floor room in a roomy chalet bungalow near the village high street. There is off road parking and plenty of parking in the service road. The room is furnished with a king sized bed, a small kitchenette area with a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. You have use of the cooker, washing machine and dishwasher in the main kitchen downstairs. There is an adjacent shower room for your own personal use. The room will be cleaned weekly and clean sheets etc provided regularly. The room looks over the peaceful back gardens.
The number 17 bus between Brighton and Horsham has recently been upgraded to a 7 days a week, half hourly service. There are other busses which go to Burgess Hill, Steyning and Shoreham as well. There is also an electric car club here in Henfield.
I am a retired teacher and counsellor now working happily as an artist. I have a cat called Ruby, three hens and I look after my daughter's dog, Rocky a couple of times a week. I am looking for a quiet, considerate person who likes animals to stay in my house. Previously, when I lived in Kemp Town in Brighton, I let rooms in my house to lodgers and foreign language students.
