Double bedroom with large basement lounge to rent

We have a beautiful furnished double bedroom available to rent in our 4 bedroom detached house in Henfield. In addition to the bedroom we have a large family lounge, next to the large kitchen however, you will be able to use the basement as your own lounge for your own space, which has a large projector screen, heating, natural light and is fully furnished.

We have full Wifi throughout the house.

We have a lovely large garden for bbq's in the summer, a good size bathroom and shower facilities.

We are only 15 mins from Brighton or Horsham by car but there is also public transport to these locations. Henfield has all the facilities you need from pubs, take aways, supermarket, leisure centre and a variety of small shops.

We are a friendly family of 4 who enjoy entertaining and have a dog and a cat and are out and about quite a bit. We are happy to stop and chat but equally if you prefer to keep yourself to yourself we will respect your privacy.

All bills are included.

We would consider smokers if they were happy to smoke outside.
