I have to move abroad for six months and am looking for someone to live in my house while I am away. 90% of the time you will have the place to yourself but approximately once a month I will need to come back for a couple of days. It is a modern house in a lovely, quiet development half an hour from Gatwick and 20 mins from Brighton. The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate downstairs wc, well-equipped kitchen, living room, conservatory and front and rear gardens. There is allocated parking to the rear. The price takes into consideration that you will have the house to yourself for the majority of the time and includes council tax, water, gas, electricity, tv and broadband.
