Furnished Dbl Bed, House Share

I have a lovely quiet, furnished double room for rent in my modern 3 bed house. I'm a sociable, tidy guy who mainly works from home. So a similar person who commutes to work may suit best. The only other residents are two short-haired cats! There's a shared shower room, kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine) and lounge/diner with basic Sky TV. There's also a downstairs toilet, conservatory and garden with decking/patio.

Free parking is available out front in the quiet residential cul-de-sac and I have a garage if you need to store your bicycle.

Location wise, it's an easy 10 min walk to either Horsham town/train station or Littlehaven train station. There is also a bus that stops at the end of the road which goes to Gatwick Airport and Crawley.
