Students considered 'mature' by their university, or students on 1-year paid work placements we can accept
Our houses are 100% young professionals aged between 19-36 so you would need to consider that

Zero Deposit option - a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent can be paid, alternatively, a deposit replacement scheme is available which carries a cost of one week's rent. More information can be provided upon request.
