- Past tenants have included vets, dentists, a zoologist, a geneticist, pilots, cabin crew, a language teacher, an engineer, an international charity executive, and speech and language therapist. Mainly English / British but also from Europe, Far East, and Australia / New Zealand.

- In Horsham (often voted in the top 10 towns to live in the UK), and convenient for Gatwick and Crawley.
- Parking available on driveway and plenty of free on street parking. Space for bicycles as well if required.
- Walking distance to Littlehaven and Horsham railway stations and town centre, plus on a bus route to Horsham centre as well as to Gatwick and Crawley etc.
- Nearby amenities (3mins walk) include grocery shop, post office, pharmacy, cafe, hairdresser. 5-10 mins drive from supermarkets.
