I'm looking for someone to replace my current flat mate.

Location:
Beautiful and cosy two bed flat in central Horsham. Short 4 min distance to main train station, bus stop 2 min walk, 7 min walk to the town centre. For gym goers we also have a leisure centre across the road.

Property:
Two bed apartment, new kitchen, new central heating system, super fast broadband, large double size bedroom, bedroom unfurnished (apart from window blinds and floating shelves) apartment fully furnished, quiet area.
Parking - on street with garage available.

Rent and bills:
£512 with bills + Council Tax ( currently £61 pp)

All furnishings and some appliances are mine, but available for use. Room comes unfurnished which can give you a chance to put your stamp on it and make this space yours. I’m looking for a tidy, laidback and quiet professional, who will have some common interests and would enjoy cooking sessions or movie nights in. Preferably another female. Room for single occupancy only.

I'm happy to do video calls to answer any questions and show you around the flat. Room available the earliest from mid. of February.
