This ground floor flat is a 5 minute walk to Horsham train station and a 10 minute walk to the town centre.

Bills included cover gas, electric, water and broadband internet. Council tax is TBC.

The kitchen has a washer/dryer, gas oven, microwave, freezer/fridge combo. The living/dining area has a smart TV with all the usual on-demand streaming apps.

Ideally I am looking for another working professional like myself who has lived in a shared house/flat before and familiar with shared living responsibilities (such as keeping the communal areas clean and tidy, etc...).

Rent will be paid monthly in advance, no deposit required.
