This ground floor flat is a 5 minute walk to Horsham train station and a 10 minute walk to the town centre.

NOTE: this flat is on the market for sale so ideally looking for a short term renter (3-5 months)..
I am looking for another working professional like myself who has lived in a shared house/flat before and familiar with shared living responsibilities (such as keeping the communal areas clean and tidy, replacing shared consumables like toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bin liners, taking out the recycling when needed etc...).

Bills included cover gas, electric, water and broadband internet. Council tax is TBC.

The kitchen has a washer/dryer, gas oven, microwave, freezer/fridge combo. The living/dining area has a smart TV with all the usual on-demand streaming apps.

Rent will be paid monthly in advance, no deposit required.
