We have a lovely double sized room available in our house share in Horsham.
Wifi, gas and electric bills all included.
We are two tenants looking for a friendly, sociable and professional person to join our household.
Ideally, the new tenant will like help out occasionally with some cleaning around the house and a spot of gardening! We also have a cleaner who comes once every fortnight to do a deep clean in the communal areas.
The room has a south facing window, overlooking the garden and includes a shared bathroom (shared with only one other tenant).
We also have a garage, plus a driveway with enough space for 2 cars. There is plenty of street parking available too.
Horsham station is only a 10 min walk, so great for commuters too! Nearest shop and gym is less than a 5 min walk.
