Looking for a female lodger.

Keen to find someone looking to rent weekdays only (if so it would be pro-rata on the rent) but open to the whole week for the right person.

Cosy room, with small double ottoman bed, furnished.

Includes storage under your bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and some space in a cupboard just outside your room, for extra bits.

Upstairs flat. Open plan shared kitchen and living room. Internet, gas, electric, water and council tax bills included.

I’ll travel into London once a week for work and the rest of the time I’ll be working from home.

Kitchen fitted with all necessities, including pots and pans. Cupboard and fridge space for your food. Cupboard space in bathroom too.

I’m down to earth, friendly and like to have a laugh! Although I’ll be a live in landlord I’m a sociable flatmate who enjoys chatting over dinner and the occasion pub trip. But I also value respecting each other’s privacy and space.

Looking for someone who has lived with people before and is clean and tidy. Preferably available for single females, no couples and someone that works in-person and not from home.

Plenty of car parking space in street car park. Train station and town centre are a 15-20 minute walk.

I’m also looking into getting a cleaner so I may need to adjust the price accordingly but I will keep you posted on this before any arrangements are made.
