Double room with built in wardrobe to rent

The room has been decorated to a modern white colour now but I forgot to take pictures before the current Tennant moved in.
The current Tennant and his daughter are moving to council housing so the room will be available at the end of the month.
I'm 40 year old single dad, my 4 year old daughter stays over every other week, I'm not the landlord, I just need someone to rent with me, its too much on my own.
I'm very quiet and easy going and I'm looking for someone just quiet and normal please.
The property is an upper floor maisonette that has two levels, I live upstairs and downstairs is a small single room for my daughter and a double bedroom which is for rent.
We have a dishwasher and I have gigabit fiberoptic WiFi which you're welcome to use. No couples please but the current Tennant does have his young daughter stay in the room with him and im ok with that.
Can be unfinished if you want, I can find somewhere to store the bed if you want to bring your own.
