The location is superb as the property is within close walking distance to Littlehaven station (7-10 minute walk) and Horsham Town (15- 20 minute walk). you also have a parade of shops very close by which includes a Budgens convenience store and a post office, there is also a lovely family friendly pub within close proximity (5-7 minutes walk).

Smoking is only permitted outdoors, strictly not in the property.

This property is not available for couples, with that said you would be living with somebody who is very friendly, social, and professional. Additionally, I have a very lovely small toddler who stays with me for a couple of days each week, but I am not always around due to the nature of my work so you can also enjoy some alone time here and there.
