Room to let with garden and drive

2 bedroom maisonette with sun terrace, garden and drive. New kitchen with all appliances. Lounge newly refurbished. Bathroom with bath and shower, will be updating next year. The room is a double with a view over a small playing field and woods. Nice quiet area. Double bed with new mattress, mattress topper and new pillows. There is a hanging rail and I need to purchase a set of drawers and side table. Windows have blinds and blackout curtains. Two shelves above the bed. I have a cat who spends much of her time outside. She is fussy who she spends time with so she won't bother you and she's well behaved ( most of the time!) garden is a suntrap with a large patio, a nature pond, fresh raspberries and loads of plants!! I've had lodgers for over 20 years so nothing surprises me!
