Large and spacious double bedroom in a three bed new-build home (2019). As it's a newish build, everything is modern and tidy as you might expect.

The home has everything you would expect in the above average large kitchen, including Nespresso and Nutiibullet.
Central heating with thermostats on both floors.

Living room has recliners all round with a separate dining area with solid oak dining table and leather chairs.
Full media wall with 56inch TV & sound bar with Sub Woofer.
Plusnet Ultrafast broadband
Full TV channels on FireStick
Toilet / WC on the ground floor
Family Bathroom has bath, sink and heated towel rail.
All windows have Hillary's blinds installed.

Outside there is parking and a spacious rear garden with real grass and space for patio dining/BBQ under a pergola.

There is a garage at the house, but it's got my stuff / home gym in there, so I am not offering access to it at the price.

I am looking for an employed house mate, who is just as relaxed as me.

Littlehaven station is a 4 minute cut through the houses & post office/Shops and Cafe a 4 minute walk in there other direction via a cut through the houses.

A great deal for a home will pretty much have the run of yourself as I am out quite a bit. So the price of a rental but almost a place of your own.

The Rent incudes TV, Broadband, Gas, Electric, maintenance fee & council tax - there is nothing extra to pay - so you just need to budget for the one cost.

This is listed as a short term let, no minimum commitment. I would like to think I am fair and if someone is not enjoying themselves they don’t need to feel like they have to stay six months being unhappy.

About me:
I'm a relaxed Irish lad but I take my sport serious. I race bicycles to a pretty high level.
Cycling keeps me out of the home quite a lot but I am usual around later in the evenings but race at the weekends too.
If I’m not on the bikes, I’m probably fixing them.
I live alone, so it's only one personality to get along with!
Other places might be cheaper, but you pay a premium for the peace of mind of not living with multiple people .
My GF has her own flat too, so I spend quite a bit of time there too.

If you like to stay in and watch TV, chances are you have free reign on the remote.

I am not a neat freak and not a slob either, a good balance.
I work in healthcare with some office/community working and some home working,

the price is somewhat flexible, as I would offer it cheaper to someone early in their career, to give them a decent start in life, for the right candidate of course
