A bright, spacious furnished double room is available in my modern home in Horsham.

The house is around a 10-minute walk from Littlehaven station, with excellent links to Horsham, Gatwick and London.

I’m looking for a tidy, respectful person who enjoys a peaceful home. I also have a friendly cat, so you’ll need to be comfortable sharing the house with him.

I live at the property part of the week with my adult son (18). We’re generally here Wednesday–Saturday, so you’ll often have the house to yourself for the rest of the week - apart from the cat!

You’ll have full use of the shared kitchen, bathroom and lovely large garden, as well as your own spacious furnished double room with sofa and TV.

Please note: the room is for single occupancy only and isn’t suitable for couples.
