The ground floor of this spacious property has been converted to 5 large bedsits and one will become available from 17th October 2025. The other tenants are a pleasant bunch, some of whom have been living there for over 10 years.

There are two bathrooms and a well equipped large kitchen shared by the 5 rooms, plus an outside patio area.

Horsham station is a 15 min walk, and it's about a 20 min walk across the park to the town centre.

You will need to provide references but I have never charged for credit checks. I manage the bills and split them between the rooms; currently £140 per month for electricity, gas, water, council tax, cleaners and wifi.

The room is newly decorated throughout with a beautiful new carpet. Built-in cupboards provide plenty of hanging and storage space. (The photos do not do the room justice - will post more when current tenant has left.) Furniture can be provided as required.

Although it is a double room it is being let for single occupancy only.
