Horsham town centre is about 20 minutes by bus, for train links if needed.
The Room has a pine double bed with memory foam mattress, bedding and towlels provided if required, own ensuite toilet bath and shower, located on first floor at back of house . Heated Garage available with room for motorcycles / bikes but not cars, off street parking available.
Shared use of all amenities/kitchen/laundry (flatmate to provide own washing tablets etc) and rest of house with current young minded full-time working owners,
Large garden, ponds, seating and patio area for relaxing,
We have adorable dogs (labradors and shih-tzu's),who are very friendly and enjoy cuddles.
We would prefer someone who likes joining in with family life and pets, odd take-a-way meals, able to feed dogs if we are away, socializing etc, but quiet late evenings as we are up early.
Occasional overnight visitors welcome by prior arrangement.
