This is a lovely large room, with built in wardrobe, with lots of storage space has a lovely garden very private. The house has a music vibe of happiness. I'm a laid back guy .The room will be available from the 10th November. I do need references .
So the only room that will not be available will be my room , I enjoy having a good laugh great conversation and love music ,This room will gives you a safe place to live, and i hope making new friends .it will be cleaned and carpet cleaned. The rent is £350 and £350 deposit no bills, sorry but not available to work from home or couples.
It's a very comfortable flat lots of space to be quiet if you want. It also has a large loft if you have stuff you need to store as well as out side sheds. Big garden . large 2 bedroom maisonette. Great location near local shops.
