Large double room for one person

We are looking for someone who is friendly and would share the occasional meal or bbq in the summer. You would have a large double bedroom (4.7 x2.8metres)with a spacious built in wardrobe. Room overlooks the garden. We have fast WiFi. Room has just been decorated & has a king size bed.
The house is in a quiet road, 20min walk from the station, 20-25 minutes drive to Gatwick. Street parking, bus stop & shops about 500yds.
We are looking for someone clean in habits. Preferably someone who hasn’t taken the trial vaccination.
There is a large dog here, he’s gentle and friendly and would love to be your friend!
