Young professional woman wanted for double bedroom

My name is Emma and my sister and I (Laura, 31) bought the property over 5 years ago. I have moved out to live with my fiance and need someone to move into my room.

Room is modest size but big enough for double bed double wardrobe single set of draws and a bedside cabinet. There's more than enough room!

Lovely neutral colours and modern throughout (buildings approx. 10 years old).

Room will be furnished.

Separate bathroom with shower and bath for your use only. My sister has her own en suite.

Shared open plan kitchen and living room.

Plenty of visitor parking spaces.

There is a secure bike store in the vicinity.

My sister works 9-5 so out during the daytime. She will be at the flat evenings and weekends.

Looking for someone who is friendly, clean & tidy and respectful of their new home.

Room will be available from 14th April 2020, freshly painted and new carpets fitted..
