Secur double room available

Room available , private parking security gates ,so cheaper car insurance ,this is a quiet flat with 2 other hard working people living in it ,the kitchen is the communal area if wanted but rarely used as such ,as not very often people use it at the same time ,prefer someone who doesn't like to cook a lot or socialise at home
When I say cook a lot ,I mean cakes and roast dinners ect
Would like to know a little about a person before they view the room ,so a little about you should be included if interested
In renting the room ,myself and my other lodger are rarely there as work a lot references required Thank you
