Currently furnished with a double bed but can be a single bed to increase floor space or unfurnished if you'd like to bring your own things/bed. This is a peaceful home environment with one owner occupant and 2 friendly dogs. Smoking is outside in the secluded south facing garden, which has a large garden table, parasol, and cushioned benches to lounge about on. There is also a large extremely comfortable garden sofa. There is a £400 deposit, which is refundable upon a no damage clean departure. Negotiable additional storage space available in garage and loft. Personal pets considered. Council tax included.
