Lovely, single room to rent in eco-friendly home

Single room available on the first floor in my house. The room has been newly decorated and includes a bed/ sofa bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers/ bureau. It has a sunny, western aspect with views out onto garden and lovely mature trees.
There is a separate lounge and big kitchen (with washing machine and tumble dryer) as well as a downstairs wet room with shower and separate freestanding bath. The house has a big garden which you are also welcome to use.
The whole house has been decorated using eco-friendly materials and is well-furnished throughout. A female housemate is preferred as it is an all female household - dog included.
The house is about a five minute walk to the village high street with good, local shops, cafes, pubs as well as the local cinema! Hassocks is two miles away (approximately 25 minute walk) with good train connections to Brighton, London and Gatwick. There is space to park outside the property.
I work full-time, mostly away from home. I have a three year old, well-behaved dog. I love gardening and the outdoors, yoga, cooking, reading, skiing and running.
