Great Double room in family home

Lovely, light, spacious double room for rent in my super mid-century house . You would be sharing with myself and my 7 year old daughter (she is here 4 nights a week ) , plus two friendly cats. Hurstpierpoint is a great village to live in , with good pubs, restaurants, shops and very good green areas close by . We love living here .
The house has a large garden and spacious living . The room is furnished with a double bed , wardrobe and low day bed (bigger than it looks in pics and lovely garden view ), although the furniture can be edited . We are looking for someone lovely to share our space , (female or part time occupant or student ). Must be small-person friendly, fairly easy going , tidy and thoughtful . Looking for someone who does their own thing but happy to hang out with us also at times .
I run a vintage clothing business and so fairly busy ,out and about in Brighton /london, also often away weekends working and my daughter is away most weekends .
Easy access to a23 and hassocks station with links to London and Brighton and the brilliant local national parks . It’s easier to get around if you have a car , though the bus is good .
1 month Deposit and references required . Council tax may be £50 extra tbc as it’s increasing in April . Cleaner can be arranged on top if wanted .
