One room and bathroom available to rent. Currently a single cat lady occupant (2 friendly cats). I am outdoorsy and out a lot for work, but in the evenings I'm up for a chat in the kitchen or a beer in the lovely local pub. My cats are super chilled, they keep themselves to themselves.

Good size double room. Looks out to shared garden space. Friendly community and lovely peaceful area. Well connected to local area, Hurst, Brighton and more. Direct bus routes and easy walk to Hassocks train station. The room has access to its own bathroom with bath and shower. Plus large living area spilt into a dining area and relaxing sofa space, and good size kitchen for two to cook in comfortably.
