Room for rent in Hurstpierpoint

Hi all, I am unfortunately having to leave my lovely flat due to work changes so need to find someone to replace me. The room available is on the top floor of the flat overlooking a park across the road. the room is spacious with great sunlight. The shared spaces in the house are the bathroom, kitchen and lounge. There two balconies, one in kitchen out the back and one out the front from the lounge. There is a bus stop directly across the road so easy to get to brighton or the hassocks train station. There is also free parking in the carpark across the road. I have included some pics of the room and the shared spaces :)
