Large double bedroom in Hurstpeirpoint

Large sunny double room with private shower room in a lovely house on a quiet close. The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, bookshelf and dressing table. It has floor to ceiling wardrobes/cupboards along one wall and a bay window with shutters. WiFi broadband is included as well as all other bills. The private bathroom is directly opposite the bedroom so almost like an en suite.

You'll be sharing with me, one other female (the homeowner) and you'll have access to a shared living room, kitchen/diner, garden and courtyard. There is also a separate TV room which you would have sole access to if you want your privacy.

All mod cons with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.

The house is within 5-10 minutes walk to Hurstpierpoint high street which is a lovely historic village with 3 pubs, a bistro, cafes, restaurants (pizza, Indian, Chinese, fish and chip shop etc) and a coop. Hassocks station is 15 minute walk giving easy access to Brighton (8 minute), Gatwick (30 minutes) and London (under and hour). Hurst College is about a 2 minute walk or 5 minutes drive. We are close to the south downs and just down the road from the Hurst meadows so plenty of lovely walks.

There is free parking on the road.

I'm looking for a female to share with. I am a professional and work from home mostly with some days in London.

I have 2 dogs, a cocker spaniel and a miniature long haired dachshund and a cat. I would consider someone with a dog as my dogs are friendly and get on very well with other dogs.
