I am currently looking for a * FEMALE* tenant for my Single room that i have in Ifield, Crawley. I would like a professional person who works full time or a student. No alcohol please. I don't mind if someone smokes outside the house but strictly not inside. Nearest bus stop is 1 min walk (just opposite the road). The house is opposite Ifield shops. Buses to and from Gatwick airport and Town centre running continuously. 20 minutes walk to town centre.10 mins walk to Ifield train station. No bills to pay.
