Well maintained 3 bed house within walking distance to station & town centre, large rear garden & plenty of storage space in the attic FOC.

I am looking ideally for a female lodger as including myself there are already two males living at the property so it would be nice to balance things out with two ladies & two men although this is not essential.

There is the option of having the room furnished or unfurnished depending on your situation.

Regarding the rental price, there is some room for negotiation here for the right person.
