Professional male, 3 bed house

36 year old single professional with 3 bed house in ifield, crawley.

In a few months time i will be taking full ownership of the property and will require a long term lodger. A precise date is not yet known but i will keep you updated on the situation if interested.

I am looking for a professional female to rent a double room in the property (bills included) this person should be clean and tidy but mainly just a genuine nice person to have around. The rental will come with 1 parking bay and features a south facing sun trap garden…it gets hot!. I will be renovating the property so if your handy with diy then thats a huge bonus!. Im a professional male working in the automation industry and cover the whole south east. My start and finish times can be sporadic so i may not always be around, so please be self sufficient and able to look after the house while I'm not there. After work you will normally find me on the sofa watching a film or documentaries, your more than welcome to join in and share snacks but if your just about salty popcorn then you can get your own ha.
I am a dad to two little humans so they will be visiting property and staying over, so being child friendly is a must. I have 1 female cat living here but she is mainly out doors and doesn't cause any bother. She seems yo prefer men so more than likely you will be left alone. Just a genuine normal guy…well apart from the cleaning/tidying makes me think im not quite a normal man 😂, anyways if this may be of interest then let me know. Richard
