Small double room

We are a quiet couple looking for a quiet individual to rent this small double bed room. All bills including internet and parking but food is excluded. Use of kitchen/washing/tumble dryer etc plenty of wardrobe and storage for your cloths etc

We wouldn’t want anyone apart from the person renting the room to enter the property, vapping only outside not in room or property,.

No working from home

Finally we have 2 lovely medium sized dogs so you MUST love dogs please don’t ask if your not comfortable with dogs as we’ve had several people come and are clearly not comfortable with dogs
