Large double room available in our family home in Christ's Hospital. The house is a modern 3 bedroom / 2 Bath end of terrace located in a small private road, 7 minutes walk from CH railway station.
Although this is our family home, we will only be there for approximately 60 days per year, during school holidays mostly, so we are looking for someone mature and independent who can look after our home when we are not there, and who can tolerate a 19 year old and two adults when we are there.
The house is fully furnished, with all modern appliances and gas central heating.
There is a small garden and residents parking.
Pets: Cats OK, not dogs.
