you will get 2 rooms own bath/showeroom off road parking broadband use of the rest of the house nice quite location close to south downs the house is in good order newly refurbished new kitchen very clean and tidy no pets allowed im a layed back landlord but you must be respectfull and tidy and get the use of the spa durring the good weather i dont want anyone that is going to abuse the house and have loads of friends there all the time no one else to stay overnight unless arranged cooking and takeaways are more than welcome
