Double furnished room near beach

Nice little double room with massive wardrobe. Pictures show currently what bedroom looks like. When rented there will be a single bed with some sort of desk. There is a garage that you can rent separately just outside property if required.

Need someone who is generally quiet and hassle free no drama :) lol not to offend! I would consider myself a good person, would be a bonus if the flatmate was a musician! I work full time self employed most of the time out and about. Like watching movies in the evenings, maybe jamming a little (mostly weekends) I have a little dog so must like animals.
