Pubs 5 mins walk away. Direct bus to Brighton and bognor Regis the other way. I'm easy going and respectful as long as basic rules are followed :) Polite, clean, kind, not a party home unfortunately :) I work away 5 days a week so you will have the place to yourself so this is a rare opportunity.
