Large double room part furnished

We have a large double room to rent located in lancing 10 min walk to the station and easy access to main roads with plenty of on street parking spaces.
The room comes partly furnished with wardrobe and a double bed and a small desk if required.
Also sky in your room is included @ £12.50 extra pcm
Your own fridge freezer and cupboard space is supplied in the shared kitchen, the bathroom is also shared with use of a spacious back garden and driveway.
We do have a very friendly 9 year old dog so pet friendly is a must.
We also have a 1 year old daughter so child friendly is a must.
We're very easy going so your guests would be more than welcome with prior notice.
short and long term let's are both considered.
We are a proffesional married couple and work most days of the week.
Room is available from the 22/04/24 although may become available sooner and can be held with a deposit of a month upfront which will be returned should you leave.
