Very large bright double room with modern en suite

This is the entire top floor of my bungalow. 7m x 5m room which includes the en suite area. South facing sunny room overlooking large garden. Plenty of free street parking directly outside the property with private driveway available when I am away. I am retired and try to spend time travelling in my campervan. I do have a friendly independent cat that needs feeding if I am away but my neighbour or daughters can cover this if you are not happy to. The large room is currently set out as a studio with a sofa, large smart Tv, dining table, fridge, kettle, microwave, storage, double bed,, etc etc so there is plenty of space. The furniture has changed from the attached photos but is still whites and greys. My current lodger moves out on the 12th January.. Full access available to the main kitchen downstairs and the sunny south facing garden.. I am looking for a full time professional (preferably conventional daytime hours) not working from home. I prefer a peaceful house so if you wish to have regular late night / overnight guests then please consider this carefully before enquiring..
