Large double room available from September 24th in Lancing in a 3 bedroom flat. Current lodger will be moving out then so not available before. To be shared with 2 other people. All bills and WiFi included in the price. Room currently has a large mirrored wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets and a TV unit. Will need own bed. There is a French bulldog there also so will need to be ok with pets. Easy going household one aged 25 and the other is 48. Young at heart. There is a large outdoor shed with room to store a bike and parking also directly outside. .
