Stunning pine clad cabin room

I have a studio style bedroom. The ensuite has not yet been plumbed in so this is offered with a shared bathroom, This room does have its own front door and patio doors onto the garden which features a hot tub, swing seat, purpose-built office and firepit . It has a kitchenette with its own fridge-freezer, kettle grill and multi cooker. Essentially, it's like a campervan without wheels!

All bills are included (heating capped to £50pcm) and superfast wifi which extends into the garden.

The bed is a very comfortable sofa bed. The room will not suit anybody who has a lot of items to store. I am only looking for females as I have young children and a dog and cat, and would like somebody that I can spend time with from time to time as well as having our own space.

I am more than happy to have a student or older person. I do not mind age.

I am a six-minute walk to Lancing sailing club and beach.

At some point, I will look to complete the en-suite so I am happy for short-term lets from 3 to 6 months and onwards.
