Stunning pine clad cabin room

I have renovated my garage into a separate - studio style bedroom. The ensuite has not yet been plumbed in so facilities will be shared. However, this room does have its own front door and patio doors onto the hot tub. It has a kitchenette with its own fridge fridge freezer, microwave and multi cooker. I will also provide a kettle and toaster.

All bills are included and my Wi-Fi speed is really good at 300 MB in the main house and you will get at least 100 in the room.

You will of course be able to utilise the facilities in the main house as well as the garden. The room is quite small as a studio flat but big for a bedroom - it is 2.4 m wide by 6 1/2 m long

The bed is a very comfortable sofa bed. The room will not suit anybody who has a lot of items to store. I am only looking for females as I have young children and a dog and cat, and would like somebody that I can spend time with from time to time as well as having our own space.

I am more than happy to have a student or older person. I do not mind age.

I also have an office shed in the garden and hot tub which I am happy to negotiate use of within the price.
I am a six minute walk to Lancing sailing club

At some point, I will look to complete the ensuite so I am happy for short-term lets from 3 to 6 months and onwards.
