Double room unfurnished or furnished

Hello, we have a room unfinished but that can be furnished if preferred to rent in a double bed flat recently refurbished.

I’m speak mostly Portuguese so would prefer the room to be rented to someone Portuguese or Spanish speaking as I live in the property at times.

I would expect someone clean and that takes care of the flat.

More photos can be shared but the flat is still in the process of refurbishment finishing
